Problem
The platform used by companies to manage corporate mobility showed signs of an outdated user experience, causing difficulties in essential day-to-day tasks.
Among the main challenges identified were:
- ○ High operational effort to register and manage users
- ○ No way to import users via spreadsheet
- ○ Difficulty visualizing expenses and service usage
- ○ Limitations in generating and analyzing management reports
- ○ A visual interface misaligned with the evolution of the company's brand and products
These factors impacted the productivity of the administrators responsible for managing corporate accounts.
🎯
Objectives
- ○ Modernize the corporate platform experience
- ○ Reduce effort on recurring administrative tasks
- ○ Improve visibility and control over expenses
- ○ Simplify user management
- ○ Align the experience with the visual identity and standards already present in the company's other products
🔍
Process
The project began with an analysis of the main pain points reported by corporate customers and of the platform's existing experience.
From that diagnosis, evolution opportunities were mapped related to:
- ○ Information architecture
- ○ Administrative flows
- ○ Operational efficiency
- ○ Visual consistency
- ○ Data lookup and analysis experience
The adopted strategy was to rebuild the experience with a more modern language, aligned with the company's digital ecosystem and focused on the most critical tasks for corporate administrators.
✅
Solution
A new version of the platform was designed with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, and scalability.
Key initiatives included:
- ○ Interface overhaul based on the brand's visual identity
- ○ Redesign of the employee registration and management flows
- ○ Improvements to the bulk user import process
- ○ Evolution of the rides and corporate expenses visualization
- ○ Structuring clearer, more actionable reports
- ○ Organizing information to facilitate monitoring and decision-making
The first deliveries focused on the platform's visual modernization and on optimizing flows related to employee management.
📊
Results
The project progressed consistently during its early phases, with deliveries shipped to production related to the new visual identity and improvements to employee management processes.
The initiative was well received by stakeholders and was following a positive evolution timeline. However, budget factors led to the project being discontinued before the remaining planned stages were completed.
Despite the interruption, the work done established a solid foundation for platform modernization and validated relevant opportunities to improve the corporate customer experience.
