With over 20 years of experience in digital design, I have a solid background in UX processes, using methodologies such as Design Sprint, Lean Inception, and discovery and co-creation practices. Throughout these processes, I develop strategic deliverables — such as service blueprints, flowcharts, wireframes, layouts, navigable prototypes, and design systems — always aligned with the context and maturity of each project.
I also conduct research and testing with users, ensuring decisions driven by data and evidence. I have a growing interest and hands-on experience in applying AI (Artificial Intelligence) to design and digital product development.
